I have partially used my credit line and failed to make repayments. Can I still use the remaining credit line? A failure to make timely repayments against your due amount may result in the suspension of your credit line. In this case, you will not be able to use your credit line & avail more loans from Zype until you clear your overdue amount.

I have delayed repayment of my previous loan. Will I be eligible for a new loan? If your Zype credit line is active, you will be eligible for a further cash transfer from your credit line. Please keep in mind that your repayment behavior can lead to an increase or decrease in the credit limit available to you on Zype. 

Does ZYPE decline my credit line in case of default on a previous Zype loan? While we would urge you to maintain a healthy repayment history with us, if you have missed the repayment and repaid with all charges, the credit line would be open for further drawdowns. Your line amount may increase or decrease based on your repayment history.

Can I carry forward my due amount to the next statement? Any unpaid due amount will be automatically added to your next statement along with penalty interest & late fees calculated and chargeable on a daily basis. We recommend you always make repayments on time to maintain the health of your credit profile & avoid the negative impact on your credit score due to delayed repayments.

I have made a repayment, but it is not reflecting on the App? If money has been debited from your bank account but is not getting reflected on the App screen, it may be pending at the bank. We recommend that you wait for 24 hours from the time of repayment. If the payment is still not updated, you can reach out to us on our support helpdesk via phone call or email.

What happens if I miss the payment on the due date? On missing the due date for repayment, there will be penalty interest and late fees charged daily on the due amount.
