About the Role: We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with a strong background in fintech and expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS). The candidate will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our internal LMS product, which is central to our lending business operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of our internal LMS product to meet the evolving needs of our lending business. Understand and document the backend functioning of the LMS, ensuring seamless integration with our lending processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features. Prioritize product backlog and work closely with the engineering team to deliver high- quality updates and features. Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the LMS. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the lending industry. Qualifications: Proven experience in product management within the fintech sector, specifically with Loan Management Systems. Strong understanding of backend systems, including database management and API integrations. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
