Giveaway Rules and Conditions

Eligibility: 

• Must be 18 to enter.
• Open to residents of India only.
• Proof of identity is required to claim if you have won the prize. Winners are deemed provisional until proof of identity has been verified. Your proof of identity must match your entry and claim details.
• Employees of Zype and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Internet access, a valid personal mobile phone number, a valid personal email address and a valid residential address are required for entry.

How to Enter:

• Follow Zype on Instagram
• Tag 2 friends in the comments
• Tag your favorite IPL team & share this on your story for extra points!

Giveaway Period:

• The winner will be announced soon.
• Giveaway starts from 19 March.

Winner Selection:

• Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced via Zype’s Instagram stories and notified via DM.
• The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize or a new winner will be chosen.

Prize Details:

• Each Winner will win Rs. 1000/- Online Voucher.

• 4 Winners will be announced soon.

Publicity:

By participating, entrants agree to allow Zype to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions:

• The giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by BookMyShow/Amazon/Instagram/Twitter/Facebook.
• Zype reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the rules or are suspected of fraud.
• Zype is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other issues affecting entry or prize distribution.

Privacy:

Personal information collected from entrants will be used only to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification:

• Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as stated in these terms and conditions, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number upon collection of the Prize will automatically disqualify the participant. Zype shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified because of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason.
• Entries that do not comply with these rules or that are submitted after the giveaway end date will be disqualified.

Legal:

Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be resolved by Zype at its sole discretion.
